Wedding & Event Content Creation
Project details, pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement before work begins.
Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and, when applicable, a non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your project or event date. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may result in delays to project timelines or delivery of final files.
Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revisions, as outlined in your proposal or package. Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, and scheduling. Delays in providing feedback, content, or required materials may extend your project's completion date.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, project content, and timely feedback throughout the design process. Lightbloom Creative Co. is not responsible for delays resulting from missing content or prolonged communication gaps.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lightbloom Creative Co. retains the copyright to original design concepts until final payment has been received. Upon completion and full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client, excluding any licensed fonts, stock imagery, or third-party assets, which remain subject to their respective licensing agreements. Lightbloom Creative Co. reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested by the client.
Website Services
For website design projects, clients are responsible for maintaining any third-party subscriptions required for their website, including domain registration, hosting, and platform subscriptions (such as Wix), unless otherwise specified in writing. Ongoing website maintenance and updates are available as an additional service unless included in your package.
Content Creation Services
Content creation is intended to complement—not replace—professional photography or videography. While every effort will be made to capture important moments, Lightbloom Creative Co. cannot guarantee every requested moment, angle, or detail will be captured due to the natural flow of live events. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on package selection and event circumstances.
Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Any retainers paid to reserve a project or event date are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Lightbloom Creative Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or provided services. In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond reasonable control—including severe weather, illness, technical failures, venue restrictions, or other emergencies—every reasonable effort will be made to communicate with the client and determine an appropriate solution.
